Premiere

One of the mega glamour events i have attended and thoroughly enjoyed. :D 

Monash Uni organised its annual ball with the new theme: Premiere. To hint on the level of glamourousness, they displayed hand-made huge "diamonds" at strategic locations around campus. And the posters even had glitters on it. xD

Given that the last time i attended a real ball (not the MUFY graduation ceremony) was about 5 years ago, and mind you, it was not even my ball/prom, i kinda wanted to experience it again. Besides, the sad part is that my high school had no such event and MUFY's grad ceremony was just...pathetic. 

Honestly, i hesitated at the beginning on whether or not to attend Premiere. To me, you should have a date when attending events like these. With Chu Ian all the way in Aussie, it just didn't feel right to go without him. 

But since nearly everyone who decided to go had no date and had no intention of having a date, i thought, heck...it's not all that bad. At least i am attending with all my dearest friends. :) 

And sure enough, i had a wonderful time! Granted, it would be grandier with Chu Ian around. :) 

Nonetheless, it was fun. Truly it was. :) Despite the food being so-so and some of the performances distasteful, the company i had was just incredible. :) The after party was just the same. :) Other than that despo guy, it was quite an experience and an eye-opener! :D
