I used to blog very often...

...there was a time when I was extremely diligent in updating my blog. I'm not sure about you but I was always enthusiastic about pouring my heart out in my blog.

I wonder where that enthusiasm went?

I suppose with "micro-blogging" (as Callum mentioned during lecture (*gasp* I paid attention!!)) websites like Twitter and Facebook, you get to tell people the interesting one-liner of the day and that seems sufficient. But looking back at most of the old blog posts I wrote, makes me miss the days where I truly loved blogging and couldn't wait to log on the computer to tell the world my story! :D

Looking back, I noticed the difference in the way I blog to the things I blog about. I'm not sure if it is the process of me "maturing" (placed in inverted commas because I am convinced that I have yet to fully mature given my childish acts of hopping about in my room whenever I am happy or throwing a tantrum when I am not) or is it because that I have become so caught up with doing everything else that I forget about blogging? Or is simply the belief I have that "no one will read if it was a post with darn alot of words"?

That would then make me a schizophrenic, won't it? Or would it be ironic? The fact that I am quite a private person but yet, secretly, I want to share and let the whole world know about me, makes me a damn weird indecisive person doesn't it? Heck, I don't even need anyone to psychoanalyse me for me to find that out! xD

But anyway, if you find this post weird, then well, I really don't blame you. I'm using the excuse of "de-stressing" (in other words, escapism) as my reason for even bothering to update my blog.

So there you have it.

An update.

Now, back to my futile attempts to concentrate on my reading....
p.s.: Can someone please explain to me WHY are the spaces between paragraphs SO DARN WIDE?!

why bother if anyone reads your blog? since you already post something on your blog, there is a probability that random people from random places will read it ;P

i don't know about you but i think blogging is a way to unleash frustrations or excitements!

IMHO, laziness is one of the many reasons that is holding us from updating blogs ;)

it doesn't really matter if you blog or not blog.. or have the enthusiasm to blog or not, dear.
the meaning of blog is actually "web-log" where a log of something doesn't necessarily need to be constant.
So darling, just write whatever and whenever you want k? Don't "fan nao" so much...
btw, plurk is microblogging too.
*hugs n kisses* =)
