Seriously...it's time to lose weight

Starting tomorrow, i am going to be on an exercise regime of a 3 day workout session every week.

No more sitting lazily on the couch mumbling some unintelligible lame excuses. It's time to take control of my life!! >:D

Some must be wondering the cause of this sudden outburst. Worry not! I am not delusional nor depressed nor have i been insulted in any way that could have lead me to decide i need to take a serious interest on my weighty issue. And i know, i know...some are politely protesting: "fat?! YOU?! PPPPUUURRRRRRLLLLEEEEZZZZEEEEEEEEE!! It's practically non-existent!"

I thank you but let me assure you that i really need this exercise. AND! A healthier diet. Which come to think of it, Uni food doesn't quite allow health conscious people the option of opting for a more balanced diet of say, less oily and fried food. Simply because well, nearly ALL are fried and oily food. :( It doesn't help that nuggets are so easily accessible and cheap. *grumbles*

AHH FORGET IT! Diet i manage whatever i can. I have managed well thus far by having a side dish of vege and non-fried chicken anyway. (except for that one..no...wait...two days when i had indomee and fried chicken pieces...*blush* heh heh heee...:P)

That marks it then! Tomorrow i shall begin and in no time, you will see a brighter, healthier me!! :D

Fingers crossed that i will follow through this regime for once...and hopefully achieve something like this (look below) by the end of this month:

OK larrr....a little bit far fetched...hhahahahahahahahahahhahahaha!!! OK OK OK...it's VEERRRYYY far fetched for a month's workout. hahahahhahahaha! That woman is blessed with an awesome figure and good looks lar. Slim with boobs..i mean come on...how unfair can life get?!
LOL!! Not saying i am not grateful with what i have k! I am. :) And we should all be. :)
Regardless, (i am so out of topic...) exercise i need! So, motivate me ya! :D
